We ask you for a minute of your precious time

Before you arrive at the restaurant, the whole kitchen, dining room and reservations team lovingly prepare your table and our only purpose is to make you happy.

We think it’s important to be assured of your arrival to give you the best service and offer all of our customers the same opportunities.

For this to happen, in order to confirm your reservation, it’s necessary to accept our cancellation policy and we require the same commitment on your part.

Also, in order to give you the best experience, it’s of the utmost importance that the number of diners in the reservation be the same as that on the day of arrival. In the event that you want to increase or reduce numbers, don’t hesitate to contact us at reservas@ugochan.com phone number 91 350 65 78 and we’ll delighted to help.

Lastly, you are informed that due to the reduced capacity and distribution of our dining room, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate prams, and we don’t have high chairs. You are also informed that we don’t have a children’s menu.
