La compra del bono es a mesa completa. Para poder canjearlo, todos los comensales deben disponer de dicho bono.

El bono tiene una caducidad de 1 año natural desde el día de la compra.

Nos reservamos el derecho de validar Regala Ugo Chan en caso de no poder facilitar una experiencia óptima por alergias o intolerancias, siendo devuelto el mismo.

La reserva del bono estará sujeta a la disponibilidad de las mesas.

El uso parcial del bono no da derecho al reembolso del importe no consumido, ni a ser guardado como saldo para fechas posteriores.

Antes de realizar la reserva, por favor compruebe que los datos de contacto facilitados son correctos y lea con atención las indicaciones marcadas por el restaurante.

The purchase of the voucher is for a complete table. In order to redeem it, all diners must have the voucher.

The voucher has an expiration of 1 calendar year from the day of purchase.

We reserve the right to validate Gift Ugo Chan in the event of not being able to provide an optimum experience due to allergies or intolerances, and provide a refund.

The voucher reservation shall be subject to table availability.

Partial use of the voucher does not give the right to a refund of the unconsumed amount, nor to it being saved as a balance for later dates.

Before making the reservation, please check that all contact details provided are correct and read the indications stated by the restaurant carefully.

Before you arrive at the restaurant, the whole kitchen, dining room and reservations team lovingly prepare your table and our only purpose is to make you happy.

We think it’s important to be assured of your arrival to give you the best service and offer all of our customers the same opportunities.

For this to happen, in order to confirm your reservation, it’s necessary to accept our cancellation policy and we require the same commitment on your part.

Also, in order to give you the best experience, it’s of the utmost importance that the number of diners in the reservation be the same as that on the day of arrival. Lastly, you are informed that due to the reduced capacity and distribution of our dining room, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate prams, and we don’t have high chairs. You are also informed that we don’t have a children’s menu.
